If your existing boiler is a old statute the it’s likely to be inefficient, most older boilers are G-Rated and below which makes them about 70% Efficent at best.
By upgrading to a new A-Rated boiler that is 90% Efficent. This will use less energy therefor reduce your gas bills. According to energy saving trust this is estimated to be as much as £340 per year which is a huge saving.

Choosing the right boiler and installing a replacement boiler isn’t as straightforward as you might think. We need to make sure your boiler is in a safe position that meets all regulations, check all gas pipes and water pressure into the property to ensure you have maximum output from your boiler. We’ll also assess what else is needed for the job to avoid any unexpected delays when we arrive to do the install.

You should have your boiler serviced once every 12 months firstly due to safety of yourself and anyone within your home.
Manufacturers will also only honour any warranty you have with your new boiler if it has been correctly serviced by a competent engineer once a year.

At the moment it is only mandatory that any rented property must have a carbon monoxide detector installed. Gas safe also state any new boiler installation must have an alarm installed at time of installation also. We always provide and install your new alarm with every installation. We have you covered for peace of mind.

Yes all of our engineers are gas safe registered and verified with the gas safe register.

Yes, your quotation will include: your chosen boiler type, flue, smart controls (if requested), magnetic filter and installation including all fixtures, fittings and safety checks, plus a chemical system flush – there will be no hidden extras.

We will remove your old boiler and any associated pipework and cylinders – disposing of the waste professionally and responsibly. Any items that can be recycled will be.

Yes ! We always advise our customers on having the system flushed out during installation. Sludge is the number 1 reason for boiler breakdowns. We include a magnaclense flush to all our packages in order to made sure the system is clean for your new boiler.

By having your boiler serviced annually by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. Failure to do so will invalidate your warranty.

Wish some of our packages we offer first year servicing free. Or we can also come back and do your annual service of a one off fee each month. Or else you can sign up to our boiler servicing plan.

Nothing really. We just ask that the location where the boiler is being installed is clear for our engineers to work in.

A combi or combination boiler is a unit that provides both heating at hot water to your home. The central heating can be controlled usually using a thermostat (which iHeat supply with a new install). The hot water is on demand when you open a hot tap.

First we will arrange a site visit and be able to work out a quote, then we will have a chat about payment options, if you decide you would like to take advantage of our finance option then we will arrange for you to speak with out lender. This process is a short phone call and we then have an answer within half an hour.
Once this is completed we can then arrange a suitable date for installation.
